Susan Sarandon gained cult status in the film Rocky Horror Picture Show and had mainstream success with Thelma And Louise. She has subsequently featured in films with strong female roles and has shown her ability and versatility as an actresss in the variety of characters she has played. Previously long time partner of Tim Robbins. She has also appeared on television (Feud).
