Jeff Goldblum is a scientist developing a cure for dog allergies. Meanwhile his pet dog is there to protect him as part of the ongoing war between cats and dogs that is going on, unknown to humans. A mixture of live action and CGI that has an interesting premise but overall is disappointing.
