Career / Biography
Roman Polanski's early career in the late 60's and early 70's came to a stop after he left the USA to avoid a rape charge. He has made most of his films in Europe and generally his later films have had less impact. He was married to Sharon Tate before she was murdered and then married to Emmanuelle Seiger.
