An on/off romantic relationship is followed over a period of years as Meg Ryan and Billy Crystal spar off against each other discussing romance and frienship. Most famous for Meg Ryan's fake orgasm in a restaurant. Though it is the great writing of Nora Ephron that makes the film and it is helped by the direction of Rob Reiner. The screen play was written by Nora Ephron.
