Violent and controversial film of four inter-related stories, with very good performances from John Travolta and Uma Thurman, who are well supported by the rest of the cast. Quentin tarantino does a great job of weaving the stories together as well as mixing drama, violence and relationships together. The scene where John Travolta stabs an injection into Uma Thurman's heart after an overdose has become infamous, as well as one of the defining images of the film.There is also the sequence where Travolta has to take the mob boss's wife (Thurman) out on a date and they end up in a dance compettition.
