Comment/Synopsis
A woman has an affair with a married nobleman, but when she gets pregnant she is forced to leave the baby with the father and goes to America where she marries a wealthy man. Two years later she meets the father and his wife in New York. This is a drama of love and morality that is constrained by the Hayes Code. Kay Francis is her usual elegant self as she deals with love to a married man and then marrying another man. The fun part of the film is the relationship between Roland Young and Helen Flint in the second half of the film. The film was a big success at the box office.
