A series of bizarre murders brings Charlie Chan out of retirement to help the police and his grandson catch the Dragon Queen who he put away for murder years earlier. THis is a curious Charlie Chan film that is a take off of the the earlier Charlie Chan films and also a comedy. Peter Ustinov is good playing Charlie Chan stright and there is an early role for Michelle Pfieffer.
