An actress coming to the end of her career invests in a real estate business only to find that she is drawn into a dating service run by the owners wife and is herself blackmailed when an apparent suicide can be blamed as murder on her. There is a well worked plot and a good performance from Kay Francis in the lead role and good support from Veda Ann Borg and Teala Loring.
