This is essentially a variation on the plot from the first film (Under Siege). This time Steven Segal is the chef (who is also an ex Navy SEAL) on a train with his niece Katherine Heigl, that is taken over by terrorists. There is plenty of action, but this lacks the humour and is not as effective as the first film.
