A husband goes off to sea, has an accident and looses his memory. Their baby grows to be a woman (Mary Pickford)who falls in love and the father goes back to sea and regains his memory. This is one of several early D W Griffith films that were shot by the sea, but is otherwise unremarkable, except for the aging of the mother.
