After three students are murdered in an Italian university, four girls go to an isolated house to escape the killer, but the killer follows them. This Italian horror is a mix or stalker and slasher film. The pacing is uneven and the dubbed dialogue is not good. The best part of the film is the final section where the killer is disposing of bodies and Suzy Kendall is hiding in the house from him.
