An American CIA agent (Ken Clark) investigates the disappearance of nuclear missiles from a sunken submarine and suspects the involvement of a feamle spy (Daniela Bianchi) who runs a high end fashion house as well as being a master of disguse and a rich businessman (Jaques Bergerac). This is an Italian version of the James Bond style of action films, and although not of the same quality is suitably entertaining.
