Boris Karloff and Catherine Lacey have developed a way of hypnotising people that enables them to control them by thought and feel what they feel. They persuade Ian Ogily to take part in an experiment. Very quickly Catherine Lacey starts to abuse the power she has over Ian Ogilvy as she turns from thrill seeking to getting him to murder people.
