A toy company uses military technology to enhance its action toys. A young boy takes delivery of the first batch and gets caught up in a battle between between the military figures and the alien figures with the help of his nextdoor neighbour (Kirsten Dunst). This is a wonderfully entertaining mix of live action and good quality CGI graphics. The plot is very silly, but it is well executed with good CGI/animation, some nice humour, a good performance from a teenage Kirsten Dunst and some good voices from some established actors.
