Roman Polanski's classic version of the Ira Levin novel. A young couple move into a flat, but when she becomes pregnant she gets increasing worried for the safety of her baby as she suspects that her husband and the neighbours are satanists. The film plays on our fear of not being able to trust those who are close to use and we love. The film is absed on the novel by Ira Levin with a screenplay by Roman Polanski.
