A man whose starts his career selling coffee has a series of adventures on his way up and down the the social ladder. This is a slightly surreal series of episodic adventures as he tries to fulfil his dream of money and class but as he is always an outsider he falls foul of the system and experiences the fall in social stnding to prison and rejection. It is dramatic with a few comic and sexual elements as well as an underlying social comment. The production is different in that various of the actors appear in different episodes but as different characters. The episodes are indispersed with songs from Alan Price.
