Diane Lane is a primary school teacher who is divorced, so her sister puts her profile onto a dating site. She ends up being torn between a man she met via the internet (John Cusack) and the father of one of her students (Dermot Mulroney). This basic idea is OK, but the screenplay is not very good and even the cast of good actors cannot raise this film above the average for a romantic comedy. This is one of those films that does not live up to its potential.
