An archeologist brings an ancient Egyptian mummy back to life, then 10 years later the mummy seeks out a beautiful woman who he believes is the recincarnation of his original love. This is not really a horror film, but more about romance over time, with good suspense and atmosphere. There is a good performance from Boris Karloff as the mummy and support from Zita Johann as the princess/woman. The mummy make up from Jack Pierce is again very impressive.
