Comment/Synopsis

A man from a small town suddenly inherits a vast fortune where various people want to have a slice of him and his fortune including a worldly wise female reporter who mocks him for her own advantage. Gary Cooper gives a good performance as the supposedly naive man who outwits the sophisticated city people except for Jean Arthur as the scheming reported. This was well produced by Frank Capra.
