A stay at home mother is fed up with her husband and teenage children, taking her for granted, so decides to go away for the wekend with her girlfriend. She suddenly refinds her old self and they all refind when is important in their lives and relattionships. It is all very twee and predictable but Bonnie Sommerville and Ona Grrauer are convincing as women going through a mid-life crisis in their different ways, and the teenage children are less annoying than most in this type of film. .
