A maid at a hotel (Jennifer Lopez) is seen wearing the clothes of one of the guests (Natasha Richardson) by one of the other rich guests (Ralph Fiennes) who promptly falls in love with her. However their differing social backgrounds causes problems. Another, average, version of the Cinderella story.
