Comment/Synopsis

Roger Moore is James Bond (007) in New York and the Caribbean fighting a drugs baron who is using voodoo as a cover. This is Roger Moore's first outing as James Bond and is a move away from the cold war plots and notable for having non-white actors in leading roles and a title song written by Paul McCartney. Jayne Seymour gives a good understated performance as the mystic who falls for and helps Roger Moore.
