In a futuristic world Sylvester Stallone is a Judge who is police/judge/jury/executioner all in one. After he convicted of a crime that he did not commit he seeks out the turth. He is helped by Diane Lane and comes up against Armand Assante to whom he is genetically related and Joan Chen as the scientist who is making clones of Armand Assante. This is Sylvester Stallone doing comic book style sci-fi action.
