A lowly sceurity guard (Matthew Broderick) has dreams of being a policeman. When he has a serious car accident he is turned into a machine by scientist (Joely Fisher) to fight crime, but evil business man (Rupert Everett) was the technology for his unscoupulous ends. This is a disappointing live action version of the animated series. The comedy is lacking and the characters are not convincing.
