Dennis Quaid takes part in an experiment and gets minaturised. However the lab is attacked and he ends up getting injected into the inept Martin Short. They enlist the help of Meg Ryan who is Dennis Quaid's ex-girlfriend to get him rescued before he runs out of air. An entertaining piece of Sci-Fi with some good special effects.
