A race of extra-terrestial being that have no bodies have taken over most of the world's population. One woman is taken over by an alien but not completely and goes in search of her family who are fighting back against the invasion. The basic plot is good but it loses its way in the middle and gets distracted from the main plot. There is a good performance from Saoirse Ronan in the lead with good support from Diane Kruger as the lead alien. This is one of those films that should have been better than it is. .
