A publicity agent (Mae Clarke) for a town's exposition goes undercover to find out what her rival publicity agent (John Payne) is organising for the rival town's competing exposition. The plot is somewhat strange, but there are a few interesting scenes, though this is not the best performance from Mae Clarke.
