An American spy teams up with a female chinese spy to stop the Chinese from bring in to American a nuclear bomb piece by piece to destroy Los Angeles. They are helped by a device that allows thm to travel backwards and forwards in time. This is not a good spy thriller as the hero is pretty inept and has to keep being rescued by his female assistant
