Dyan Cannon is the star of a cookery show, only she cannot cook and has an imaginary family. Her manager (Tony Curtis) arranges for her to entertain a single forrest ranger (Kris Kristofferson) for Christmas lunch on live television and finds a disparte group of people to be her family. This is dreadful even for a Christmas film despite the fact that it has three good actors. This is a remake of the Barbara Stanwyck 1945 version.
