The captain of a ship travelling between Gibraltar and Morocco with a woman in each port who are very different characters. Celia Johnson is the stay at home wife giving him a quiet comfortable stay in Gibraltar whilst Yvonne De Carlo is the sultry woman who takes him out dancing every night. This is a pleasant although lightweight Ealing style comedy.
