A man (Anton Yelchin) moves in with his girlfriend (Ashley Greene) only to fing she is overbearing, but then she is killed in a freak accident, only to return as a zombie wanting to continue their relationship depsite him finding a new girlfriend (Alexandra Daddario). Whilst not a classic zombie film, this is an entertaining variation on the theme.
