A woman (Mary Pickford) dumps her boyfriend (Edwin August) as she thinks he is a coward, but then an escaped convict (Alfred Paget) forces her to drive him away. The boyfriend sees this and gets the police to commandeer a train to chase after the car. What sets this film apart is that it has one of the earliest car versus train chases and a woman, Mary Pickford, driving the car in the chase scene.
