This is a visually impressive, computer effects laden, 3D film loosely based on the Lewis Carroll book. The production quality is very good as expected from aTim Burton. In this version Alice (Mia Wasikowska) returns to Wonderland at the age of 19, apparently remembering little of her original visit. Sadly the film is let down by a weak storyline, despite the good effects and performances by Mia Wasikowska and Johnny Depp.
