A princess from a small European country visits the USA as part of a scheme to raise money for thcountry, but when she contracts mumps the financiers come up with a plan to find a look alike to take her place. The replacement princess charms one newspaper reporter whilst others are out to prove she is a fake. THis is antertaining if lightweight romantic comedy, thanks mainly to the performances of Clark Gable and Sylvia Sidney
