A couple who are drifting towards marriage split up when she (Carole Lombard) decides that she does not want to be poor and goes after a rich husband and he (Chester Morris) find a rich wife, but neiither are happy. This is something of a mixed bag with nothing special in the plot though Carole Lombard is good on the lead role and supporting roles from Rita La Roy and avery early role from Cary Grant.
