Jack Black and Michale Cera are expelled by their tribe and on a journey to rescue the women they love (June Diane Raphael and Juno Temple) which takes them to Sodom, they come across a range of Biblical characters inclding Cain and Able, Abraham and Isaac. Jack Black playss his usual character that is both obnoxious and incongruous and the film ends up being very patchy, with a few funny scenes, but strugglees when it tries to be serious or preachy.
