In the 1950's an army training exercise with radioactivity attracts a creature of mud and energy from a crack that has appeared in the ground. As it seeks out more sources of radioactivity it kills some people along the way. However a scientist is trying to find out a way of stopping it. This is a good horror film that is effective despite an obviously small budget thanks to some solid acting from the British cast.
