Two half sisters (Tara Fitzgerald and Justine Waddell) meet a strange woman in white (Susan Vidler) who leads them into uncovering a family history of deceit , lies and infidelity in this adaptaion of of Wilkie Collins gothic novel. In order to turn the novel into a film, it has to be abridged and adpated and so if you know the book the film losses some of the subulties but it still runs as a reasonable plot. It is also helped by the performances from a good British cast, particularly Tara Fitzgerals and Justine Waddell as the two female leads.
