A manned landing on Venus has to cope with trials from the planet and the creatures that live on the planet. This film started life as the Russian film Planeta Burg, and has been dubbed into English and additional scenes added with Basil Ratthbone and Faith Domergue. The film lacks much action and is slow in places, but is interesting as a piece of Soviet era sci-fi complete with flying car and robot. It was later re-edited and additional material added to make the film Voyage To The Planet Of The Prehistoric Women.
