A child genius invents a substance that makes animals grow big. A group of rebellious teenagers arrive in town, steal and eat the substance. They grow big and try and take over the town. This is a very cheap film aimed at the teenage market and really in not convincing. The acting, dialogue and production are poor. There are numerous song with people dancing showing plenty of cleavage.
