A count (Christopher Lee) is drawn and quartered after he killed 12 virgins and vows revenge on this who condemmed him. Years later two of the descendents (Karin Dor and Lex Barker) arrive at the counts castle where they meet the reincarnation of thecount who then sets out to get his revenge. This is a reasonable version of Poe story, though it does have a lot of running around tunnels and women screaming.
