This is one of the best Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers films. The dance routines are excellent, even though the plot and dialogue leave a lot to be desired. The film is at its best and should be watched for when Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers are dancing to the Irving Berlin score, especially to "Top Hat" and "Cheek by Cheek". This film and Swing Time are the best examples of their dancing partnership.
