A killer sends the ace of spades playing cards to his victims to say that they will die at 7 o'clock the following day. When a wealthy man receives a card he goes to a remote house with his daughter, a writer, two policemen and assorted suspects. This is a well worked crime drama with some lighter moments, though the policemen are annoying.
