A man (Vincent Price) is convinced that his dead wife is still alive and his new wife (Elizabeth Shepherd) has to cope with his moods, obsessions and an evil cat. This was the 10th and final Roger Corman adaptation of an Edgar Alan Poe story. Although it is Vincent Price that is top billed it is the cat the steals all the scenes it is in and is well supported by Elizabeth Shepherd.
