Cary Grant is a retired cat burgler living in the south of France, but there is a copy cat about and he is being blamed for the robberies. Along the way he meets rich socialite Grace Kelly. What runs through this films is Grace Kelly using all her charms and sensuality to attract Cary Grant. Alfred Hitchcock produced a vehicle for Cary Grant and Grace Kelly to show off their charm and acting skills as well as producing a good romance. This is probably Hitchcock's most glamorous films.
