An American actor (Keifer Sutherland) coming to the end of his career and with a reputation of being difficult to with is sent to England by his agent who is fed up with him, to star as Buttons in a small town pantomine. The basic story is not original and the the script and acting are not great. The plot is a rehash of A Bunch of Amateurs. The film had the potential to be better, with the best parts being the shots of Knaresborough in Yorkshire. The casting is slightly strange with Australian Rebel Wilson being English and English man Keifer Sutherland being American, with Wilson explaining to Sutherland what a pantomine is.
