A nuclear scientist is found shot and nearly dead but ends up being 7.5 seconds ahead of time, but he also has a double about who has nefarious aims and it is up to a reporter (Gene Nelson) and his girl friend (Faith Domergue) to work out what is happening. The plot is better than many 1950's sci-fi films and is a British film but with the lead actors being American.
