Tarzan travels up the Amazon river to stop one tribe of natives from killing and making slaves of the other tribes. He travels with a lady doctor and mercenary boat captain. This is at best an average Tarzan film, which gains nothing from being moved to South America and Mike Henry is not particularly inspiring as Tarzan.
