A serial killer who stopped 16 years ago starts killing again in an Amish community. The chief of police (Neve Campbell) who came from the Amish community, moved away to train and then returned, starts investigating with the help of an FBI profiler (Noam Jenkins). The investigation turns up events from the past as well as conflicts between the two communities. Whilst not a great film, Neve Campbell does give a good performance as the woman trying to do her job, despite her history and being caught between two communities and C Thomas Howell as her nemesis.
