A particle accelerator starts an experiment only it causes a shift in time of 7 seconds that changes the world. One of the scientist involved discovers that this was caused by somone trying to see into the future but it went wrong. He sets out to set things right and save his family. The basic idea of the plot is fine, but the execution of the film is poor.
